With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Manuel Joseph Saunders of Glovertown, Newfoundland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 27, 2024 at the age of 70. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Saunders and Edgar Saunders; and his siblings, Andy, Norman and Vera.

He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Manuel (Amanda), Ian (Maureen), Lera (Rob) and April; and his siblings, Harold (Jocelyn), Cindy, Harriett, Elsie (Roy) and Sheila. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Oram's Funeral Homes - Glovertown (17 Main St S, Glovertown, NL A0G2L0).
