We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Joyce Blanche (Babstock) Powell (Glovertown, Newfoundland), born in Eastport, Newfoundland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Randell Babstock and Clara Babstock; her husband Scott Powell; her siblings, Dawson and Olive; and her niece Cindy Joyce Babstock.

She is survived by: her children, Randell Powell (Yvonne) and Sheila Goodyear (Ross); her grandchildren, Michael Powell (Shawnda), Wendi Powell, David Goodyear (Carla) and Jennifer Breen (Craig); and her great grandchildren, Chloe, Caelyn, Emma, Callie, Brooke, Vincent and Blake.

Due to COVID restrictions a service will be scheduled for 2:00pm on July 8 at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Happy Adventure by invitation.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Cross/Good Shepherd Cemetery or Church of the Good Shepherd.
