He was predeceased by: his father Danny; and his grandparents, John Watkins, Samuel and Bernice Feltham. He is survived by: his daughters, Lucy, Emily (Dani) and Stephanie; his stepson Andrew; his mother Joan; his sisters, Leah (Craig) and Laura (John); and his nieces and nephews, Lavinia, Oakley and Jane. He is also survived by extended family including Nana B, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Donations in memory of John may be made to Lucy and Emily during the event on Sunday, honouring his life.
