She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Collins and Flossie Collins of Newport; her husband Nelson Collins; her son Terry; and her sister Amelia.
She is survived by: her children, Junior (Pam) and Corinna (Randy); her grandchildren, Ryan (Winola), Renee, Terri, Chantelle, Karen (Omar) and Kirk; her great grandchildren, Courtney, Brooklynn, Paisley, Abigail, Sophia, Jaide, Carter, Megan, Lana and Landon; her siblings, Shirley (Russ), Louise, Fred (Jean) and Eli; and her daughter-in-law Effie.
