He was predeceased by: his parents, David Brown and Sarah Brown; his siblings, Ned, Angus, Hazel Puddester, Leona Dillion and Minnie Fitzgerald; his stepsisters, Annie Gosse and Mae Breen; and his siblings-in-law, Harry and Edith Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Roger (Beryl), Robert (Cathy), Rendall (Kim), Peter (Heather) and Paula (Darrin); his grandchildren, Jessica Frangione (Paul), Stephanie Brown (Darrin), Ryan Brown (Courtney), Adam Brown (Jasmine), Zachary John, Zoey John (Robert) and Tyler Brown; his great grandchildren, Vada, Eden and Astrid Frangione; his niece Sherry Smith; and his brother-in-law Bob Wells (Netta).
