He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Field and Mercedes Field; and his brothers, Ralph, Hubert and Hal.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Elliott, Rose Clift, Madge Yeo, Alice Knight and Joan Field; his parents-in-law, Robert and Viola Higdon; his brothers-in-law, Leo and Walter Higdon; his wife Laura (Higdon); his children, Stephanie (Paul) and Michael (Julie); his grandchildren, Kendra, Kaitlyn, Tyler, Hal and Ronnie; and his siblings-in-law, Mervin Higdon (Bev), Edgar Higdon (Julie) and Emily Higdon (Harry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
