Charles Stewart Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2020, at the age of 89, Charles Stewart of Glenwood, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Stewart and Catherine Stewart; his daughter Cathy Gillingham; and his brother John Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Stewart; his children, Donna Sheppard (Elmo) of Fort McMurray, AB, Susan Gillingham (Wade) of Glenwood, Paula Curtis (Barry) of Glenwood and Chuck Stewart (Cathy) of Appleton; his brothers, Martin Stewart of Iris, PEI and Wayne Stewart (Norma) of Mt. Vernon, PEI; his grandchildren, Lilly, Jeanine, Ashley, Cory, Chad, Dustin, Courtney, Mitchell, Matthew and Julie; and his son-in-law Bob Gillingham. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
In light of the current pandemic, there will be no public visitation or funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Charles memory may be made to the Cancer Society.
