Meta Belle Grandy Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2024, Meta Belle Grandy of Garnish, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dermett; her parents, George Hardiman and Elsie Hardiman of Garnish; her siblings, John Hardiman (Elizabeth), Alpheaus Hardiman (Olive), Georgia Fizzard (Norman) and Annie Marshall (Joe); her parents-in-law, Ralph and Caroline Grandy; her siblings-in-law, Felix Scott, Wilfred Green, Lorne Grandy (Mary), Ralph Grandy (Frances) and Mildred Grandy; her aunt Mina; and also Charles Hardiman.

She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Grandy (Rick) and Patsy Hanrahan (Derrick); her granddaughters, Dana Nolan (Trevor) and Amy Hanrahan (Cameron); her great grandchild Deacon Nolan; and her sisters, Elizabeth Scott and Shirley Green.
