He was predeceased by: his wife Rowena Legge; his son Darren Legge; his parents, Robert Legge and Susan Legge; and his siblings, Ernestine Cheeseman (Martha Inkpen) and Don Legge.

He is survived by: his sons, Frazer Legge (Betty) of Fort McMurray, AB, Robert Legge (Elaine) of Marystown, Danny Legge (Connie) of Garnish, Lindsey Murphy (Derrick), Jenelle Philpott (Chris), Kyle Legge (Victoria), Jayden Legge and Keirra Legge; his great grandchildren, Kassen, Derrick, Jenna, Kendal and Carter; and his sister Betty Simmons of Nova Scotia.
