She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph; her daughter Shirley Ann; her parents, Thomas Walters and Jenny Walters; and her stepbrother Donald Dobbin.

She is survived by: her children, Larry (Ethel), David (Lori), Kevin and Marceda (Bernard); her sister Shirley Boudreau; her stepbrothers, Ronald Dobbin, Lawrence Dobbin and Thomas Dobbin; and her close friend Ethel Hurst.
