She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Legge and Edith Legge; her sister Eileen Legge; her grandparents, Wilbert and Tryphena Legge; her parents-in-law, William and Ethel Day; and her siblings-in-law, Jean Harfitt, Victor Day (Lucy), Gerald Sweet and Gerald Inkpen.

She is survived by: her husband Herbert; her children, Cynthia Grandy (Shawn) of Garnish, Maxine Eckersall (Mark) of Medicine Hat, AB and Dwayne Day (Trina) of Garnish; her grandchildren, Aaron Grandy, Mackenzie Coady (Caden) and Aidan Eckersall; her siblings, Margaret Evans (Carl) of Grand Bank, Phyllis Coady (Eric) of Garnish, Dennis Legge (Frances) of Garnish, Wilbert Legge (Angeline) of Garnish, Rodney Legge (Joanne) of Halifax and Noel Legge (Patricia) of Garnish; and her siblings-in-law, Margaret Sweet of Halifax, Joan Inkpen of Dartmouth, Sadie Grandy (Lloyd) of Garnish, Bernice Day (Bill) of Toronto, Onslow Day of Garnish, Jim Day (Doris) of Garnish, Gerald Day (Lillian) of Garnish, Lloyd Day (Meta) of Garnish and Sherman Harfitt of Lewins Cove.
