She was predeceased by: her husband Ryburn Hodder; her parents, Adelaide Harris and Fredrick Harris; her brother Ernest Harris; and her brother-in-law Eric Simms.
She is survived by: her children, Owen (Madonna), Ryan (Sheena), Donna (Ross), Karen (Shawn), Mae (Carson) and June (Craig); her siblings, George (Gloria), Herbert (Doris), Stanley (Rowena), Lester (Myrtle) and Ruby; her sister-in-law Loretta; and her grandchildren, Paul, Corey, Derek, Justin, Tyler, Abigail, Cameron, Collin and Jacob.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Stacey's Funeral Home (60 Roe Ave, Gander, NL A1V 2E1). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Riverside United Church.
As an expression of sympathy, donations can be made to the Janeway Children's Hospital.
