He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Sarah. He is survived by: his wife Joy Janes; his sons, Grant (Jennifer Janes) and Brad (Elsa Zhu); his grandchildren, Alexzander and Jake Janes; and his siblings, Pauline (Harry Maidment) and Bernard.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Stacey's Funeral Home (60 Roe Ave, Gander, NL A1V 2E1). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Fraser Road United Church, Gander .
