He is survived by: his parents, Paul O'Keefe and Jean O'Keefe of Stephenville; his close friends, Michael (Jaclyn) of Torbay and Matthew of Halifax; his nephews, William and Thomas; his aunts, Eithne Richardson (Tony) of Gander and Jocelyn Day; and his friends, Daniel, Colin, Jordan, Shyla and Drew.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Mark's memory to the Lionel Kelland Hospice in Grand Falls-Windsor, or to a charity of your choice.
