He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Collins and Jane Collins; his close friend Rachel Pickett; and his daughter Pauline Edwina. He is survived by: his children, Terry (Joan), Wade (Jean), Denise (Dave) and Joanne (Brian); and his grandchildren, Kurt (Geraldine), Mark and Stephanie (Ross).
