He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Cull and Mary Cull; his siblings, Harvey, Ruby Hynes (Harry) and Edna Hynes (Aidan); his brother-in-law Ralph Morgan; his parents-in-law, James, Margaret Mercer and Hewitt; and his stepfather-in-law Stanley Hewitt.
He is survived by: his wife Ida (Mercer); his children, Dora Feltham (Robert), Shawn (Debbie), Dean (Stephanie) and Sheldon; his grandchildren, Erin Matte (Paul), Andrew Feltham (Amaya), Stephen Cull (Felicia), Amanda Pauley (Justin), Oliver and Everett Cull; and his siblings, Mildred Morgan, Melvin Cull (Kathryn) and Ina Pritchett (Ed). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a large circle of friends.
With determination and dignity he battled Parkinson's Disease and is now at peace.
