He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Laura (Jane); his wife Irene; his son-in-law Kenneth Clarke; his daughter Ruby Clarke; and his brother Eli.
He is survived by: his children, Marie Guthreau (Arthur), Kenneth (Greta), Katie Bungay (Hedley), Junior (Cindy) and Terry. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-children, 7 step-daughters, 1 step-son, numerous step-grandchildren.
Donations in Philip's memory may be given to the Salvation Army Cemetery Fund, Gambo, NL.
