With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emily Hancott (Frederickton, Newfoundland), who passed away on September 9, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ambrose; her parents, Lionel Wheaton and Lydia Wheaton; her daughters, Evelyn and Joan; her sister Meta Gillingham; and her son-in-law Calvin Mugford.
She is survived by: her children, Hardy, Randy (Sandra), Jennifer (Cluney Pearce) and Sue-Ann (Job Pritchett); her grandchildren, Tammy, Tracey (Darren), Johnnie (Christine), Dionne, Cora (Joel), Megan, Amy (Jonathan), Christopher (Priscilla), Andrew (Sarah), Nolan, Brent, Matthew (Sara) and Clinte (Sherry); her great grandchildren, Alisha, Kalan, Jenaya, Gavin, Tucker, Alyssa, Austin, Harlan, Jenna, Chelsea, Joanie, Blake and Cameron; her great great grandchild Jeydon; and her son-in-law Jim.
The public visitation will take place from United Church, Frederickton, on Saturday, September 11th from 1-4 PM & 6-8 PM following COVID government regulations.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the United Church, Frederickton.
