He is survived by: his wife Ida; his children, Perry Pierce (Joanne) of Fortune, Daisy Dicks of Grand Bank, Donna Newport (James) of Fortune, Kathy Pierce (Chris Trask) of New Brunswick and Dianne Butt (Danny) of Fortune; his grandchildren, Denica, Brian, Steve, Candice, Kimberly, Jennifer, Jonathan, Kasey and Zachary; and his siblings, Sadie Harris of Ontario and Fred Pierce (Elizabeth) of Fortune.
