He was predeceased by: his wife Beatrice; his son Perry; and his parents, Charles B. Spencer and Marion Spencer. He is survived by: his daughters, Glenda Spencer of St. John, Debbie Spencer (Llewlyn Seymour) of Saulnierville, NS and Janice Spencer of St. John; his brother Jack Spencer; and his granddaughter Robyn Anstey (Stuart MacGillivray).
In Roger's memory, donations may be made to the Fortune United Church or flowers gratefully accepted.
