He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Cantwell (Frank) and Agnes Cantwell. He is survived by: his children, Madonna Cantwell-Tomchuk (Olga), Shawn (Kelli-Lynn), Dawn Cantwell, Sarah Cantwell and April Cantwell; his grandchildren, Paul, Alyssa, Reta, Lucas, Kathleen, Royce, Connor and Nathaniel; his great grandchild Jaiden; his sisters, Madonna O, Brien and June Cummings; and his friend Lisa Ammon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions there will be no public visitation or funeral services.
