She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Snook; her children, George Snook and Arlene Boland; her grandson Troy Snook of Christopher Benteau; and her parents, Wilfred Bonnell and Gertrude Bonnell.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Snook of Grand Bank, Cathy Benteau (Robert) of Point May, Sharon McAdam (Scott) of Nova Scotia, Lorraine Shaw (Merritt), Helen Burton (Tom) of Grand Bank and Kimberley Lockyer (Wayne) of Point; her daughter-in-law Julia Snook; her sisters, Helen Horwood of St. John and Dorothy Hillier of South Brook; and her sister-in-law Minnie Harris of Mount Pearl.
In Meta's memory, donations may be made to the Salvation Army Fortune Cemetery Fund or flowers gratefully accepted.
