He was predeceased by: his wife Madonna; his parents, Victor Hillier and Irene Hillier; his parents-in-law, Patrick and Theresa Stacey; and his siblings, Myrtle Tulk, Stella Crews, Dora Hillier, Bernice Hillier and Austin Hillier.
He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Cuza, Joyce Bonnell (Ed), Evelyn Stapleton, Minnie Hillier, Ivy Hillier, Clayton Hillier (Linda) and Malcolm Hillier; his sister-in-law Jean Grandy (Gary); and his close friends, Stewart Slaney and Cecil King.
In Frank's memory donations may be made to St. Mary's Anglican Church, Lamaline.
