He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Hodder and Juanita Hodder; his parents-in-law, Leo and Bridget Farrell; and his brothers, Walter and Maurice.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Wade (Wendy), Carolyn (James), Deanne (Chesley) and Glen (Danielle); his grandchildren, Ryan (Paige), Renee (Alex), Nicholas (Nicole), Ryder, Rachel, Jamison, Lucy and Ben; his siblings, Doug (Biney), Kevin (Elizabeth), Margaret and Marie (Tom); and his in-laws, Zita, Rita (Felix), Ray, Austin (Barbara), Johnny (Elaine) and Leo (Doreen).

In Ed's memory donations may be made to a charity of one's choice or flowers gratefully accepted.
