He was predeceased by: his wife Ethel; his parents, Lewis and Helen; and his siblings, Lewis Jr., Leo, Mike, William, Elizabeth, Helen and Mary.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon and Michelle (Val); his granddaughter Sarah; and his brothers, Tom (Jane) and Kevin (Jackie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
