Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Stephen John Coffin (Fogo, Newfoundland), who passed away at the age of 92, on April 21, 2023. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Allen and Eleanor Coffin (Nellie); his grandparents, Ephraim and Jesse Coffin; his wife Elsie; his daughter Patricia; his sister Joan; and his children, Roy (Linda), Brent (Paula), Marie (Everett), Lucy (Perry), Daphne (Lloyd), Nancy (Jim), Carla (Chad), Cora (Ross), Mary (Boyd) and Dena (Karl). He was also cherished by his extended family and friends, remaining 10 children, 20 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the Church of the Holy Spirit, Fogo Island Central or to the Christina Cole Memorial Residence on Fogo Island.
