She is survived by: her husband Frank; her children, Cheryl Penney (Randy) and Glenn (Donna); her grandchildren, Brandon, Blair Penney (Desiree) and Katie Willis; and her siblings, Ruby, Elizabeth (Wilbert), Truman (Taffie), Pratt (Kay), Pierce (Marcie) and Sheila.
