He is survived by: his father Lloyd Hewitt; his children, Anita, Garnett Ellworth, Krista Hewitt (Sterling Nichol), Shannon (Martin Lynch) and David (Shannon Bowering); his brothers, Randy (Lisa Hewitt), Darrell Hewitt (Karen) and Craig (Juanita Hewitt); and also Fiance Marie Bishop.
