He was predeceased by: his stepson Philip; his parents, Nellie and Roland; and his siblings-in-law, Margaurite and Tom.
He is survived by: his wife Trudy; his stepdaughter Samantha (Michael); his grandchildren, Rayne and Kimberley; his siblings, Betty, Irene (Gerald) and David (Joan); his nieces, Donnav (Melvin), Nancy (Craig), Grace (Winston), Trudy (Randy) and Tracey (Gerard); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mark, Susan, Michael, Matthew, Christopher, Jada, Laura and Jordan.
