He is survived by: his children, Rosalita (Brian O'Neill), Stephen (Crystal), Paul (Brandy) and Krista (Mike Dawe); his siblings, Joan (Leonard O'Neill), Hannah (late Carl Ferguson), Mary (late George Bootes), Michael (late Philomena) and Jerome; his niece Ramona Brophy; his nephew Joe Brophy; his sister-in-law Nina; his friends, Dave Carew, Mary O'Neill, Raphael Oates, Jimmy Kenny and Bud Coady; his caregivers, Sharon, Gerald, Justin, Cynthia, Pam, Anna, Bernice, Catherine, Jennifer, Tanya, Tina, Katie Boland and Pharmacist; and also, Matthew, Erica, Mason and Taylor.
