Martin Best Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martin Best (Fermeuse, Newfoundland), who passed away on August 8, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick and Mary; his daughter Mary Ann; and his sisters, Rosie and Mary.

He is survived by: his wife Anna (Guiney); his daughters, Joy (Randy Carew), Beverley (Martin Hawkins), Margie (Roddy Molloy) and Lisa (Patrick Molloy); his grandchildren, Dustin (Olivia), Alyssa (Adam), Julianna (Maddox), Mason (Brooke), Vanessa and Matthew (Brooklyn); his nephew Andrew Best; and his friend Dr. Rod McCarthy.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Marty's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of NL or Cancer Society.
