He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael O'Neill and Mary Jo O'Neill; and his siblings, Mary Hayden (Gerry), Kathleen O'Neill and John O'Neill.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his sister Winnifred Burton (Bill); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Bootes, Hannah Ferguson, Michael Brophy and Jerome Brophy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and a side circle of good friends.
