He is survived by: his wife Kimberly England; his mother Hazel England; his mother-in-law Elizabeth Dominix; his siblings, Garland England, Bertha Kelly (Sidney) and Bernice England; his siblings-in-law, Leo Dominix (Garia), James Dominix (Goldie), Corrina James (Richard), Elsie Dominix (Cameron), AB and Joann Aylward (Jamie); and his nieces and nephews, Amber England, Casey Hackett, Courtney Aylward, Julia Aylward, Emily Dominix, Andrew England, Blake Kelly and Justin Kelly. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
