He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Skinner and Susan Skinner; his stepfather Robert Whitten; his brothers, Patrick and Gordon; his father-in-law Reuben Ralph; and his nephews, Jamie Oakey, Troy Skinner and Justin Skinner.
He is survived by: his wife Beth; his siblings, Donald (Ada), Frank, Grace (John), Ann (John), Theresa, Cove, Bernice (Tom), Elizabeth (Ronald) and Joyce (Wayne); his mother-in-law Lily Ralph; and his siblings-in-law, Jackie Ralph, Kelly Strong (Dave) and Charlie (Bonnie). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
