He is survived by: his wife Verna; his children, Clifford, Vernon (Cecilia) and Melanie (Dave Rideout); his grandchildren, Damian Rideout, Olivia and Audrey; his great grandchildren, Carrie, Jaxson and William; and his siblings, Bernice (Wallace Hutchings), Sterling (Viola), Greta, Gordon (Barbara), John (Cora), Phyllis (Alvin Anstey), Alma (Don Trickett) and Judy (Ray Canning).
