It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harvey Eugene Penney (Eastport, Newfoundland), leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Abner Penny and Minnie Penny; and his brother-in-law Ray Frost. He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Goobie); his sons, Christopher (Diane) and Allan (Alanna); his granddaughter Amelia; his sister Marie Peters (Frank); his niece Krista; and his siblings-in-law, Marie Frost, Glen Goobie (Helen) and Scott Goobie (Jean).
