He is survived by: his wife Elva Wells (Lush); his sons, Dean, Gonzo (Lisa) and Howard (Tracey); his grandchildren, Dean Jr., Kristen, Lucas, Destinee and Kiley; his great grandchildren, Sydney, Sophia, Harlow, Willow and Avery; and his siblings, Alvinwood, Edward, Irene, Betty, Nancy and Dola.
