He is survived by: his siblings, Sterlin Chaulk, Lousie and Christine; his niece Tina; his wife Lillian Chaulk; his sons, Tony Chaulk (Rhonda) and Cory; his grandchildren, Cody, Leeroy (Lydia), Patrick (Meggie), Joe, Jasper and Jerrett; his great grandchildren, Merscedes, Leo and Sailor; and his friend Keats.
