With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chloe Elizabeth Collins (Dover, Newfoundland), who passed away on August 3, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Keats and Greta Keats; and her nephew Matthew Keats. She is survived by: her husband Lorne; her children, Micheal (Heather), Michelle (Shawn), Blair (Karen) and Blake (Charlene); her grandchildren, Caitlyn Collins, Jonathon Hickey, Jordan Hickey and Andrew Baysarovich; and her siblings, Melita Keats, Leo Keats (Joyce), Wilson Keats, Fred Keats (Pat), Mildred Bridger (Fred), Cecil Keats (Nellie), Gerri Elliot (Claude), Denise Blake (Hayward), Derrick Keats (June), Dennis Keats (Patsy), Rosalind Collins (Dwight) and Cory Keats (Cindy).

Due to Covid-19 a private service will take place.

As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, donations may be made to Salvation Army Hare Bay/Dover Corps.
