He was predeceased by: his sisters, Marina MacDonald, Irene Pilgrim (Martin) and Margaret Pearson (Paul); his parents, David Bennett and Annie Bennett; his sister Vivian Wells; and his brothers-in-law, Roderick MacDonald and William Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his sons, David (Sylvia), Michael (Jessica) and Christopher (Aspen); his grandchildren, Jarod, Jonathan, Nathan, Nicholas, Emily, Olivia and Harrison; and his aunt Marion Russell.
