She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore Reid; and her parents, Annie Ball and Donald Ball. She is survived by: her children, Carl Reid (Mireya), Earl Reid (Helen), Wanda Daly (Dennis), Fred Reid and Noel Reid; her grandchildren, Mark Reid, Mandy Reid, Michael Daly, Terry Daly, Destiny Daly and Wendy Hayden; her great grandchildren, William Bennett, Evan Bennett, Ryan Bennett, Arlen Daly and Anna Hayden; her siblings, Lucy Couch, Margaret Macdonald, Valene King (Eric), Linda Antle (Paul), Don Ball (Betty) and Wayne Ball (Susan); her in-laws, Clarence Reid (Pauline), Eric Reid (Minette), Clayton Reid (Sylvia), Shirley Macdonald, Doris White (Don), Herb Reid (Michelle) and Walt Watkins; her parents-in-law, Elsie and Herb Reid; her siblings, Stratton, Melvin Ball (Mae), Cecilia Williams (Max) and Jessie Oates (Doug); and her siblings-in-law, Louie Macdonald, Vera Reid and Fannie Watkins. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Donations in Ruby's memory can be made to the Kids Eat Smart program at Ellwood Elementary School in Deer Lake.
