He was predeceased by: his parents, Bond Chaulk and Julia Chaulk; his parents-in-law, Scott and Ethel Ball; his siblings, Scott Chaulk, Winston Chaulk and Winnifred Roberts; and his siblings-in-law, George Roberts, Ralph Elliott, Charlie Gosse, Yvonne Ball (Dempsey), Louise Thomas (Melvin), Valetta King and Carol Ball.

He is survived by: his significant other Maxine Chaulk; his children, Todd Chaulk (Debbie), Sherry Janes (Burton), Johnny Chaulk (Pam), Brian Chaulk (Marcy), Lisa Regular (Alonzo) and Stacey Williams (Darren); his grandchildren, Ryan, Stephanie, Kathryn, Krista, Christopher, Johnathan, Rebecca, Thomas, Heather, Grant, Julia and Cody; his great grandchildren, Kaley, Kate, Hailie, Ellie, Leighton, Benjamin and Maisie; his great great grandchild William; his sisters, Bertha Gosse, Joyce Elliott and Pearl Nichols (Raymond); and his siblings-in-law, Sophie Ball, Peggy Caines, Margaret Manuel (Pleaman), Joy Ball, Ellen Ball, Scott Ball and Ed King. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Due to Covid-19 Government Restrictions a private family visitation will be held at Fillatre's Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake.
