He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Biggin and Marion Biggin; and his parents-in-law, George and Renie Genge. He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his sons, Barry (Nola), Paul (Heather) and Dana (Carrie); his grandchildren, Emily and Kai; his siblings, Linda, Kay and Rick (Alma); his siblings-in-law, Lloyd (Laura), Kevin (Vera), Jocelyn (Edward), Faye (Gary) and Susan; his siblings, Mildred (Leslie) and Harold (Eunice); and his brothers-in-law, Barry Genge, David Genge and Emmanuel Goosney.

In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of one's choice or the holy Cross Cemetery Committee would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
