He was predeceased by: his wife Cecilia; his parents, Emmanuel and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Minnie Blanchard (Johnny) and Rendell Payne (Rellie).

He is survived by: his children, Keith (Linda), Joy Cullihall (Scott), Craig (Frances) and Todd (Lydia); his grandchildren, Gavin, Melanie, Sabrina, Rebecca, Wendy, Kara, Ariel, Ethan and Caleb; his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Colby, Leah, Emily, Anna, Elizabeth, Lauren and Austin; his close friend Sarah Payne; and his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Payne, Adelaide Shears (Bill), Theresa Endicott, Roxanne Parsons and Bill Keough (Delora).

By request of the family in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
