He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Small and Garland Small; his siblings, Edward Small and Marion Carey (Jarvis); and his siblings-in-law, Jackie Ezekiel, Lewis Tavenor, John Curtis and Roger Noble.
He is survived by: his wife Verna; his daughter Lana Heyd (David); his siblings, Neta Tavenor, Joan Curtis, Myrna Baddeley (Fred), Ronnie (Betty) and Donnie (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Gina Small, Gloria Pafford (Harold), Barbara Janes (Paul), Rick Noble (Mildred) and Ross Noble (Evelyn). He is also survived by nieces, nephews' other relatives and friends.
