It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Ernest Hynes (Deer Lake, Newfoundland), who passed away on October 15, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Hynes and Eliza Hynes; his siblings, Anthony, Joyce and Jean; and his parents-in-law, Leslie and Mary Jane Belben.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his sons, Les (Jenelle) and Greg (Tammy); his grandchildren, Georgia, Jake, Peyton and Raina; and his friend Harry Hewlin.
