We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2023, at the age of 80, Ethel Ada (Parsons) Laing (Deer Lake, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Felix; her parents, Chesley and Elizabeth; her brother Kevin; and her uncle George.
She is survived by: her sons, Bramwell (Debbie), Finnley, Brian and Byron; and her siblings, Chesley, Myles and Ruby (Bud).
Jean's family are encouraging visitors to wear masks during visitations.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jean's memory can be made to the United Church Shoal Brook cemetery fund or Alzheimer's Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
