He was predeceased by: his wife Ada; his parents, Eloil Bailey and Mary Bailey; his siblings, Stephen Bailey, Leslie Bailey, Elouise Bailey, Julie Pike and Margaret Kelly; and his siblings-in-law, Lawrence Poole, Bert Darrigan and Grace Bailey.
He is survived by: his close friend Evelyn Ball; his children, Robert Cull (Glendine), Randy Cull (Brenda), Rick Cull (Sandra) and Debra Bingle (Derrick); his grandchildren, Sherry Ryan, Tracy Tipple, Connie Cull, Kristin Kenny, Amanda McCrea, Jamie Cull, Rory Tiessen, Kirt Tiessen, Jordan Cull, Amy Cull, Brett Cull, Dawn Park and Deidre Ndiaya; his siblings, George Bailey, Gary Bailey (Kathy), Norman Bailey (Vicki), Clara Poole, Gertie Darrigan and Daisy Bailey; his brothers-in-law, Gordon Kelly and George Pike; and his caregiver Jeannie Ellsworth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
