She was predeceased by: her husband William Bennett; her parents, Abe Carter and Nora Carter; her daughter Shirley Short; her son-in-law Norman McLeod; and her siblings, Fred Osmond, Edward Carter and Liz Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Bill (Charmaine) and Theresa; her grandchildren, Michelle, Dennis, Michael, Peter, Sherry, Betty and Isabella; her great grandchildren, Caleb, Daniel, Carissa, Thomas, Meridith, Duncan, Cane, Brody, Ethan, Tori, Justin and Noah; her stepgranddaughters, Sherria-Lee and Leona; her great great grandchildren, Brier, Cohen and Kaydence; her niece Ella Cornect; and her grandson Roger Short. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Due to Covid-19 Government restrictions a private family viewing will take place at Fillatre's Funeral Home, Deer Lake.
