He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli and Edna Payne; his stepfather Charles; and his siblings, Chris (Maude), Lyman, Quinton, Tish White (John), Bride and Ann Payne (Joe).
He is survived by: his wife Edith; his children, Cheryl Ezekiel (Darrell), Paul (Rachel), Michael (Jackie), Allan (Cheryl) and Peter (Arlene); his grandchildren, Raymond (Kim), Nicole (Andrew), Leonard (Christa), Stephen, Casey, Timothy, Nathan (Lauren) and Spencer; his great grandchildren, Alex, Gage, Taylor, Kara, Ty, Gabby, Lindsey and Rowan; and his sister Innis Brown (Bob).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Children's Wish Foundation and or the Janeway Children's Hospital.
